Shipping Guidelines Operating Hours
We at KIM-FAY strive to ship out orders as soon as we can, therefore if you place an order between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, you should get your item as follows:
– Delivery is done within 24 Hours
– Kenya’s remaining areas in a day

Your phone will receive an order confirmation with the order number on it. Our system has not verified your order if you do not receive the order number. Additionally, confirmation will be available on the website in the “orders” area.

A notice will be sent to you upon shipping of your order. To confirm delivery, our delivery rider will get in touch with you as well.

Shipments might be delayed if we have many orders coming in. If so, we will try to contact you by phone or email.

Method of Payment

Once our delivery person has reviewed your order, you may use Debit or Credit Cards, M-pesa, or mobile money, to make your payment. The payment process is incredibly simple, since you simply need to input your MPESA pin to complete the transaction.

Make sure you are available to pick it up. Kindly be aware that things that are sealed.

Restrictions on pay-on-delivery: This is only applicable to local deliveries in Nairobi.

Shipping rates

Your order’s shipping costs will be computed and shown during the checkout process.

Order tracking and confirmation

Upon acceptance of your order by our system, you will get an email or SMS confirming your order. You can call this number with any questions you may have about the delivery of your order.

Damages
Upon receiving your shipment, please verify that all orders are complete and in excellent condition. Please notify the delivery agent before they depart if, in the odd event, your product comes damaged. Before phoning, please keep all package materials and damaged merchandise.
